Refund Policy

By engaging Dreamsdesign for services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Non-Tangible Nature of Services : Our deliverables—such as designs, development code, applications, and consulting—are intangible and delivered electronically. As such, they are not subject to physical return, and refunds are generally not applicable.
2. Project-Based Engagements : 
   All services are undertaken following a detailed scope of work or milestones agreed upon with the client. Upon approval of this scope and initiation of services, time and resources are allocated. Accordingly, no refunds shall be issued for work already commenced or completed.
3. Refund Eligibility : 
   A full refund may be considered only if :
   • – A written request is made within 24 hours of payment, and
   • – No work or resource allocation has occurred during that period.

Requests made after this window, or once the project has commenced (including resource planning or client onboarding), shall not be eligible for refund. This refund will be issued to you within 10 working days. And we will also minus tases and services handling charges from it.

1. Marketing Offers and Promotions 
   Services availed under promotional discounts, special offers, or time-limited campaigns are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. Time & Material (T&M) Services / Dedicated Resource Models 
   All T&M-based engagements, including “Hire Dedicated Developer” services, are billed on resource and time allocation, and are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Dreamsdesign Project Management Office via official email.
2. Cancellation shall only be deemed effective upon written acknowledgment from Dreamsdesign.
3. Cancellation is subject to the following terms:
   • – Projects cancelled after commencement will be billed for work completed and resources used up to the cancellation date.
   • – If the project has reached the beta delivery or deployment stage, cancellation will not be entertained.
   • – All dues must be cleared before the release of any source code, design files, or intellectual property.
4. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing cancellation requests.

Delivery Policy

1. As a service provider, Dreamsdesign does not deliver any physical goods. All deliverables (e.g., code, designs, documents) are provided digitally via secure channels such as email or collaboration platforms.
2. It is the client’s responsibility to download, store, and back up all files upon delivery.
3. Upon request, Dreamsdesign may re-send deliverables up to 30 days from the original delivery date. After this period, Dreamsdesign is under no obligation to retain or re-deliver materials.
